Password Control
Job Master manufacturing software includes multilevel Password control. Three different levels of passwords are used to view, edit, or enter in data. The first setting is a read only password so basic floor workers can view reports and check what work needs to be done. The second level passwords gives limited access to entering data and controlling Job Master manufacturing software, and the third level password gives total data entry and control to the user for management and setup purposes.
Adding in new users is as easy as entering in a name for the new user and giving them a password and selecting what level of access to give them.

Do you need a Password to run Job Master? |

Yes, a stock password is provided to users when the product is first ordered, but we suggest that operators customize the passwords as soon as the program is up and running. This insures that only designated persons have access to sensitive areas of Job Master manufacturing software. Passwords can be changed and added by selecting the PASSWORD MAINTENANCE button, the buttons inside this section are self-explanatory. |
