| This
screen allows for the development of costs and mark-ups
for quote items. This screen allows an operator to access
pre set Labor and Materials items from drop
down menus, and add “Other Costs” as required
on an item by item basis as a quote is developed. Each
of these cost areas can be marked up by either a dollar
amount, or a percentage, simply by selecting the area
and putting in the percentage or dollar amount of the
Mark Up. |

Going
to the “Rep., Terms, Shipping, Customer Reference”
tab brings up the fields for entering in Rep ID, Commission
for that Rep, the Payment terms as specified before and
any other quotation notes to go along with it. Whether
or not the order is On Hold or will be COD can be selected
from here.
All relevant customer data entered into Job Master previously
“auto fills” here as required. You will note
that there is a “Closed” notation box on the
upper right hand corner. A quote can either be closed
by hand if the customer does not accept the quote, or
the quote will close automatically when it expires. |

Quote $ Amount section summarizes and totals the quotation
dollar amounts. It also allows for the entry and modification
of tax and discount information. Tax and discount amounts
can be set on either a percentage or dollar basis. All
